m99999 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the m99999 platform, accessible at m99999.pro ("Platform"). By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

The m99999 platform offers online gaming services including Sports Betting, Slots, Live Casino, Bingo, Fish Games and related entertainment products. These services are provided for personal entertainment only. m99999 is not a financial services provider, and winnings from gaming should not be treated as income or a reliable source of funds.

m99999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. Access to certain features may be subject to additional terms specific to those features, which will be displayed at the point of access.

To register and use m99999, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be registering voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes, not on behalf of another person or a commercial entity.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under any legal restriction that prevents you from agreeing to these Terms, do not register.

m99999 may request proof of age or identity at any point. If a player is found to have been under 18 at the time of registration, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings forfeited and deposits returned in accordance with applicable rules.

Each person may hold only one account on m99999. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or another identity — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and funds being withheld pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and any other information requested during registration or the KYC process.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Any activity carried out using your login — including bets, deposits and withdrawals — is your responsibility whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact m99999 support immediately.
• Accounts found to have provided false information during registration may be closed without notice.

All financial transactions on m99999 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform does not handle foreign currency, and no currency conversion takes place on the m99999 side of any transaction.

Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card and other mobile wallets listed on the Deposit page. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — using someone else's JazzCash number, bank account or wallet — are not permitted.
• m99999 does not charge any fees on deposits from the platform side. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Funds deposited into your m99999 account are held for gaming purposes only. They cannot be transferred to another account or used outside the platform.
• In the event of a technical error during a deposit, contact support immediately with your transaction reference. Do not attempt a duplicate deposit before the first is resolved.

m99999 reserves the right to reject or reverse a deposit if there are concerns about the source of funds, if the payment method is found to be fraudulent, or if the deposit breaches any of these Terms.

Withdrawals are available to KYC-verified accounts with a positive withdrawable balance. The withdrawable balance may differ from the total balance if active bonus wagering requirements are still in progress.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. If that method is no longer available, contact support before submitting a withdrawal request.
• m99999 does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. Your payment provider may apply receiving charges independently of m99999.
• Processing times are: JazzCash and Easypaisa — typically within minutes to a few hours for verified accounts; bank transfers and Raast — same day in most cases; VIP-tier accounts receive priority processing.
• Withdrawals may be delayed for security reviews, KYC completion or active bonus wagering obligations.
• Fraudulent or suspicious withdrawal requests will be held and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

m99999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to their own individual terms, which are displayed at the point of claiming. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Wagering requirements apply to all deposit bonuses and free bet offers. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be played through before it converts to withdrawable funds. Example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered bonus abuse and will result in all accounts being closed.
• m99999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled while you are mid-way through wagering requirements, the remaining bonus balance may be forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the wagering conditions.
• Specific games may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements — this will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on m99999, including pre-match and live in-play markets across cricket, PSL, football, Esports and all other sports offered.

• All bets are final once confirmed. m99999 does not accept cancellation requests for bets after they have been placed, except where explicitly allowed by cash-out functionality on specific markets.
• If a match is abandoned before a result can be determined, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. The specific outcome depends on how far the match progressed and which market was bet on. See the Responsible Gaming page for details.
• In-play odds are set based on live match data. There may be occasional brief suspensions of live markets during key events. Bets placed just before or during a suspension are accepted at the odds shown at the time of confirmation.
• m99999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced due to a technical error, data feed fault or evident pricing mistake.
• Winning bets are settled and credited to your account balance usually within minutes of the event result being officially confirmed.
• m99999 may apply maximum payout limits on certain markets. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.

m99999 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Gaming is entertainment — it should be done within a budget you can comfortably afford and should never be seen as a way to make money or recover losses.

• Deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options are available in your account settings. Use them proactively.
• If you feel that your gaming is becoming problematic — spending more than intended, chasing losses, neglecting responsibilities — take a break using the self-exclusion feature or contact support to apply a cooling-off period.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or software glitches for financial gain
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players or attempting to fix or manipulate match outcomes for betting advantage
• Sharing an account with another person or allowing another person to deposit, bet or withdraw using your account
• Claiming bonuses fraudulently, including through multiple account creation or referral manipulation
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC or any support interaction

All content on m99999 — including the platform design, logos, game assets, text, graphics, software, audio and video — is the intellectual property of m99999 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content from this platform without prior written permission.

The m99999 name, logo and associated brand marks are proprietary. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on social media, websites or marketing materials — is prohibited.

m99999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, data feed faults or third-party payment delays outside of our control.

m99999 is not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from bets placed during live market suspensions or pricing errors that have been subsequently voided
• Delayed withdrawals caused by your payment provider's processing times or banking holidays
• Loss of access to your account due to failure to maintain secure login credentials
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential financial loss arising from use of the platform

Your total recoverable claim against m99999 in any dispute will not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

m99999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, registered users will be notified via the platform or by email. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the m99999 platform after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
